1. Introduction
This Delivery Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver physical products ordered from Bible Quiz Quest (“we,” “our,” “us”) via our website thebiblequizquest.com .
This policy applies to physical products (Bible quiz books, puzzle books, and card games). For digital subscriptions, delivery is instantaneous upon purchase as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Fulfilment by Lulu Direct
All physical products are printed and fulfilled by Lulu Direct, a print-on-demand service. This means:
- Items are not held in stock but are printed specifically when you place an order.
- Printing occurs at facilities closest to your delivery address to minimise transit times.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been printed and shipped .
3. Processing Time (Printing)
Before your order is dispatched, it must be printed and bound.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will not be charged for your order until it enters the printing process.
4. Shipping Times

- International untraceable mail may take up to 28 days for delivery .

- Delivery to remote locations (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) may take 14–21 days or longer .
5. Tracking Your Order
- Dispatch confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships, provided a traceable shipping method was selected .
- Tracking activation: There may be a delay of up to 48 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s system .
- Order status: You can also check your order status via your account dashboard or our Order Lookup tool.
6. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to Lulu due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by you.
Special address requirements:
- PO Box addresses: Must use Mail or Priority shipping (carriers like FedEx/UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes) .
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Must use US Postal Service shipping. Select “United States of America” as the country at checkout .
- Correctional facilities: Please verify specific delivery restrictions before ordering, as returned orders cannot be refunded or reordered .
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Weight and dimensions of items
- Selected shipping method (economy, standard, expedited, or express)
You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs clearance: Your order may be subject to inspection by local customs authorities .
- Import duties and taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient .
- VAT: We do not collect VAT for orders outside the UK. You may be required to pay VAT or other import charges upon delivery.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.
9. Non-Delivery and Lost Orders

Please note: We cannot offer more than one replacement for orders using untraceable shipping methods .
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier or postal service delays
- Customs clearance delays
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Strikes or industrial action
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Orders affected by such delays may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. No action will be taken on these orders during that period .
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- With a print defect
- As the incorrect book

We will arrange a replacement copy at no cost to you. Please do not return items without prior authorisation.
