5. Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based access to our library of Bible video quizzes. Your chosen plan (monthly or annual) provides you with access to the content for the duration of the subscription period.

6. How the Contract is Formed (Digital Products)

  1. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive an email confirming your order (Order Confirmation).
  2. Immediate Access and Waiver of Refund Rights:
    • By completing your purchase, you expressly request that we provide you with access to the digital content immediately.
    • You acknowledge and agree that once you access the video quizzes, you waive (lose) your statutory right to cancel for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
    • This is because digital content is made available to you instantly, and you cannot “return” it once viewed.
  3. Your contract for the digital subscription is formed when we send you the Order Confirmation and grant you access.

7. Access and Usage

  • Upon payment, you will create an account or receive login credentials to access the video quizzes.
  • Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not share your login details with individuals outside your immediate household. Sharing accounts across multiple households or institutions (e.g., churches, schools) without a multi-user license is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect unauthorised sharing or misuse.

8. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation (Subscriptions)

Your Right to Cancel Future Payments at Any Time:
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. This means you will not be charged for any future renewal periods.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at [your email] .
  • What Happens When You Cancel:
    • If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Bible video quizzes until the end of your current paid billing period (e.g., if you pay monthly and cancel on the 15th, you keep access until the end of that month).
    • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No Refunds for Past Payments (Important):
    • Because you receive immediate access to the digital content, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
    • If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you will not receive a refund for the unused days or months.
    • This is because you have already enjoyed access during that time, and the content cannot be “returned.”

Summary Example:

  • You subscribe on 1st January (monthly).
  • You cancel on 15th January.
  • You keep access until 31st January.
  • You are not charged on 1st February.
  • You do NOT receive a refund for 15th–31st January.

Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:

  • Payment fails after multiple attempts.
  • You breach these terms (e.g., sharing your account outside your household).
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

9. Technical Issues and Content Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our video quizzes, but we do not guarantee that the service will be fault-free. If you experience technical issues, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content from the library as necessary.

PART B: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (BOOKS & CARD GAMES)

10. How the Contract is Formed (Physical Products)

  1. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it (Order Confirmation).
  2. Please note: This Order Confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
  3. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you a second email confirming that the item has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).
  4. The contract between us for physical goods is formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

11. Price and Payment (Physical Products)

  1. The price of products will be as quoted on our site.
  2. Prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.
  3. Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept payment via [list payment methods, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal] .
  4. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and ask if you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

12. Delivery (Physical Products)

Faulty Goods:
If your book or card game is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return postage costs.

14. Subscription vs. One-Time Purchase

Please note:

  • Physical Products are one-time purchases.
  • Digital Subscriptions are recurring payments until you cancel. You can cancel future payments at any time.
  • If you purchase a physical book that includes a code for a digital quiz, the digital access code is non-refundable once the code is revealed or redeemed.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

16. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and within our digital subscriptions—including videos, quiz questions, graphics, and text—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws. Physical books and card games are for your personal use and may not be photocopied or resold.

17. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if that failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
